PA columnist falsely claims that Palestinians have lived in Palestine “for more than 6,000 years”

Excerpt of an op-ed by Yahya Rabah, regular columnist for the official PA daily 

“Our Palestinian cause that itself needs a special encyclopedia just for it, beginning with … recognition that the living Palestinian people – which astounds with the power of their affiliation to the homeland Palestine, where they have lived for more than 6,000 years (sic., the Palestinians have no history prior to modern times) – is living with its memory.”
