Rajoub conveyed [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas’ greetings. He emphasized that it is important to mark Arab Martyrs’ Day on the land of the Iraqi Army Martyrs’ Cemetery, so that we will remember all those who fell on the land of Palestine… and as a message that the Palestinian people is remaining on its land. Rajoub added: ‘Our people will not surrender to the invaders whose feet have stepped on the land of Palestine. It is continuing to show firm willpower and determination to resist the Israeli occupation.’”
