Hamas Member of Parliament Marwan Abu Ras: "History testifies that the Jews were the most hated people in every period. There is no race that people hate like the race of the Jews… When Hitler appeared - though he was a criminal and tyrant - still he hated the Jews more than anyone. Why did he hate the Jews? Because they are people of treason and treachery… Therefore we cannot under any circumstances accept the Jews. Whoever accepts the Jews must prepare for the Day of Gathering [at the resurrection of the dead], because he will be gathered together with [former Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak] Rabin and his dear friend [former Israeli President Shimon] Peres, and with [former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel] Sharon... We expect to liberate Palestine – all of Palestine, from Safed (i.e., northern Israeli city), sorry, from Rosh HaNikra (i.e., Israeli city further north than Safed) to Umm Al-Rashrash (i.e., Eilat, the southernmost Israeli city). That is Palestine! It will return to the bosom of the Arab and Islamic nation."
