PA Minister of Religious Affairs: Cave of the Patriarchs and Al-Aqsa are an "absolute Islamic right"

“For our part, we view the Ibrahimi Mosque [Cave of the Patriarchs], like the Al-Aqsa Mosque, as an absolute Islamic right; none of the Israelis have any right to it. The problem between us and the Israelis is not a problem over religion or tenets of faith; it is not a religious problem or one concerning the fulfillment of religious ceremonies, but rather a problem with the occupation.”
