PA Minister of Prisoners' Affairs honors six terrorist murderers with visits to their families
“Minister of Prisoners’ Affairs, Issa Karake, visited some families of prisoners in the Bethlehem district to mark [the Muslim holiday] Id El-Fitr. Karake visited the families of prisoners Irena Sarahneh, who was sentenced with her husband to life imprisonment, from the Deheishe refugee camp; Khalil Baraq’a, sentenced to life imprisonment, from the Aida refugee camp; Rizq Salah, who was sentenced to life imprisonment and has been in jail for 23 years, from Al-Khader; Fadi Salah, sentenced to life imprisonment, from Al-Khader; and the Shahid prisoner Ali Al-Ja’afari from the Deheishe refugee camp.”
Note: Irena Sarahneh drove a Hamas suicide terrorist to the Israeli city of Rishon Lezion in 2002. 15 people were killed.
Khalil Baraq’a was involved a in bombing in Jerusalem in June 2002. 19 people were killed.
Rizq Salah killed Israeli soldier Guy Friedman and injured two others with a bomb in Bethlehem in 1990. He was arrested in 1993 and was sentenced to life in prison, but was released in October 2013 as one of 104 terrorists whom Israel agreed to release to fulfill the PA's precondition for renewing negotiations.
