Israeli army supervised "the murder of children and innocents with joy and glee"

“Deputy Secretary General and head of the Palestine branch of the Arab League, Ambassador Muhammad Sabih, said that the Sabra and Shatila massacre is living proof of the scope of Israeli crime… He emphasized that what Israel carried out in 1982, under the leadership of Ariel Sharon, was a despicable massacre.
