PA Minister of Religious Affairs: Muslims must take back Jerusalem "whether through political means or not"

“It is obligatory for Muslims to take back Jerusalem, and it is obligatory for Muslims to prepare to journey to Jerusalem, whether they will be successful in restoring it through political means or not.”
