PA Minister of Prisoners' Affairs honors prisoner who killed Israeli soldier

PA Minister of Prisoners' Affairs Karake bestows the award of honor to the family of Palestinian prisoner Sami Younes. The award displays a map that erases all of Israel. While presenting the award, Karake referred to Israel as "Palestine occupied in 1948."
