PA Minister of Prisoners' Affairs comes "from the land of resoluteness and Ribat"

Minister of Prisoners’ Affairs Issa Karake participated in the “International Conference for Palestinian Prisoners” in Morocco in January 2011. The official PA daily reported on the minister’s speech at the event: 
“Palestinian Authority Minister of Prisoners’ Affairs Issa Karake said: ‘We have come from the land of resoluteness and Ribat to the people of Rabat [the Moroccan capital], and we all have hope and faith in the Arab nation and its ongoing support of our nation…’”
