The cartoon shows two Palestinian children – a boy wearing a keffiyeh (Arab headdress) and holding a teddy bear and a girl holding a book – seen through the sights of a sniper rifle.

This cartoon was published during ongoing violent Arab riots in Jerusalem and other mixed Jewish-Arab cities in Israel, and while Hamas and Islamic Jihad fired thousands of rockets from the Gaza Strip at Israeli population centers.
