The cartoon shows a Palestinian woman on the Temple Mount with the Dome of the Rock behind her. The woman is pouring a tiny Israeli security officer out of a bowl and onto a plate, as one would serve the traditional Arab dish maqluba. The cartoon is meant to humiliate Israeli security forces, after Israel decided to remove security barricades from the Damascus Gate of Jerusalem’s Old City following violent Arab protests.
