Libel: PA cartoon portrays “racist settlers” running over Palestinians on purpose

Text on cartoon: “The racism of the settlers”

The cartoon shows a Jewish man with a kippah (Jewish skullcap) on his head and peot (Jewish traditional sidelocks) driving a car whose front fender appears to be grinning cruelly. A barrel on top of the car is fueling it, and on the barrel is written: “Racism.”

The cartoon refers to two recent lethal car accidents in which Israeli drivers accidentally caused the deaths of Palestinians Bilal Bawatneh and Azzam Amer, which the PA has falsely depicted as deliberate murders.
