Libel: Israel killed "thousands of children, women, elderly people and youth" at Sabra and Shatila

“And following that heroic battle [in Beirut in the Lebanon War in 1982], fought by the nationalist and leftist heroes of Palestine and Lebanon… the new fascists from Israel and their Lebanese [Christian] allies dipped their hands deeply in Palestinian blood, carrying out a brutal massacre against the Palestinian refugees in the camps of Sabra and Shatila, with the victims numbering thousands of children, women, elderly people, and youth. It is not possible that their memory should be erased from the national and international consciousness, because the depravity [of the attack] cannot be described.
The Israeli massacre of the Palestinian Arab people in the refugee camps of Beirut is simply a reflection of the Israeli racist, fascist mentality which is based on negation of the other and even a type of ethnic cleansing…”
Note: A massacre was committed by Christian forces in Lebanon. For years the PA has promoted the libel that Israel did it or actively helped.
