PA payment of salaries to terrorists with US funding

This report was presented on July 26, 2011 to members of US Congress. The report documents that the PA pays salaries to imprisoned terrorists from the general PA budget, which is funded by the US. In addition, the report showed that the PA actively honors terrorists who are serving life sentences for murder.
