PA admits it pays hundreds of millions of shekels in “salary-like” payments to terrorists

Official PA TV newsreader: “The [PA] Ministry of Finance announced the payment of the [PA public] employees’ salaries for August [2021] that will begin tomorrow, Monday [Sept. 6, 2021]. The number of employees reaches approximately 236,000 with a monthly cost estimated at approximately 550 million [Israeli] shekels. The monthly cost rose to 850 million shekels with the calculation of the salary-like [payments] (i.e., payments such as pensions and salaries to terrorist prisoners and the families of dead terrorists).”
