“[PA] Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs Husam Abu Al-Rub… called on ‘the international institutions to make the occupation (i.e., Israel) stop desecrating the sanctity of the [Ibrahimi] Mosque (i.e., Cave of the Patriarchs), which is a purely Islamic waqf (i.e., an inalienable religious endowment in Islamic law) and non-Muslims have no right to pray there.’”
