Palestinian journalists sue Israel in the International Criminal Court

Official PA TV newsreader: “Head of the [Palestinian] Journalists’ Syndicate Nasser Abu Bakr declared the launching of legal proceedings at the International Criminal Court (ICC) so that the occupation will give an accounting for its crimes, and in order to stop the ongoing violation of rights against the journalists. This took place at a joint press conference at the syndicate’s headquarters, in which a representative of the world journalists’ organization participated via video conference call, in the presence of the lawyers appointed to the case and a group of journalists and representatives of legal organizations.”
