A visit to the home of brothers Bakr, Uthman and Mu’adh Bilal in Nablus. Uthman and Mu’adh Bilal have been imprisoned since 1996 [Mu’adh alternately], Uthman was sentenced to a life sentence. Baker Bilal is an administrative detainee.
Uthman Bilal, a Hamas operative, was involved in the murder of two Israeli soldiers in Nablus in 1994, and in planning the terrorist attack on the number 20 bus in proximity to the Israel Diamond Exchange in Ramat Gan on July 24, 1995. Mu’adh Bilal was involved in planning terrorist attacks in Jerusalem's Mahaneh Yehuda outdoor market and on the Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall in 1997. He was sentenced to 26 life sentences.
