“The [PLO] Commission of Prisoners’ Affairs said that the Ramon Prison management is implementing the slow murder policy (sic., see note below regarding PA libel on medical abuse of Palestinian prisoners) against prisoners Muhammad Daoud (PMW was unable to determine the nature of his crimes -Ed.) and Salam Al-Zaghal (i.e., terrorist, murdered 1 person).

Salam Al-Zaghal - Palestinian terrorist who stabbed and murdered Israeli citizen Evyatar Borovsky on April 30, 2013, at Tapuach Junction in the West Bank. Zaghal is serving a life sentence and an additional 20 years.
