PA makes political statement by refering to Israel as "the territories that were occupied in 1948"

Headline: “The [PA-funded] Prisoners’ Club: Prisoner Muhammad Daoud has begun his 35th year in prison”

“The [PA-funded] Prisoners’ Club said that [Muhammad] Daoud (i.e., terrorist, murdered a pregnant woman and her 5-year-old son) was arrested in December 1987, and he is among the veteran prisoners who have been imprisoned consecutively since the signing of the [1993] Oslo Accords whose number today stands at 25 prisoners, the most veteran of whom are prisoners Karim Younes and Maher Younes (i.e., terrorists, murdered 1 together) from the territories that were occupied in 1948 (i.e., Israel).”

Muhammad Adel Daoud - Palestinian terrorist who murdered Ofra Moses, who was pregnant, and her 5-year-old son, Tal Moses, by throwing a Molotov cocktail at their car on April 11, 1987. Daoud is serving a life sentence.

Karim Younes - Israeli Arab terrorist who kidnapped and murdered Israeli soldier Avraham Bromberg in 1980 together with his cousin Maher Younes. Younes was originally sentenced to life in prison, but Israeli President Shimon Peres reduced his sentence in 2012. Younes is serving a 40-year sentence. In May 2017 Younes was appointed by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas to the Fatah Central Committee. Younes was released from prison on Jan. 5, 2023.
