Official PA TV broadcasts romantic and praise-full song in honour of Palestinian terrorist murderer who killed two people
Official PA TV, broadcast of a song in honor of terrorist Ziad Abu Ein who murdered 2 people
Lyrics: “Glory raged, a darkness decorated with eyes
Our eyes are humiliated in embarrassment while seeing the shout of your eyes, O [Ziad] Abu Ein (i.e., terrorist, murdered 2)
We are embarrassed that the breaths of life did not enter your chest, my brother
Pain [large as] a sea from swallowing water, and the crow of farewell stole the shadow
How the olive tree sighs,
It wants to extend a hand in help and to run to defend these eyes from the tears of grief and wailing
He fell silently, fell at a time when the [Israeli ] army’s barking was heard on high
We scream: Why?
He says: It’s nothing. A flower on the land of Palestine.”
Ziad Abu Ein – Palestinian PLO terrorist who murdered 2 Israelis – 14-year-old David Lankri and 16-year-old Boaz Lahav – and wounded 36 others, mostly teenagers, with a bomb he planted in Tiberias on May 14, 1979. Abu Ein escaped to America before being extradited to Israel where he was sentenced to life but later released in the Jibril Exchange in May 1985, when Israel agreed to release 1,150 Palestinian prisoners, including terrorist murderers, in exchange for three Israeli soldiers who had been taken hostage by the terror organization the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine - General Command (PFLP - GC). Abu Ein later served as PA Deputy Minister of Prisoners and Released Prisoners’ Affairs, Fatah Revolutionary Council member, and head of the PA Committee to Resist Settlements and the Wall. Abu Ein died on Dec. 10, 2014 at a demonstration in the West Bank that turned violent. Immediately following his death, PA and Fatah leaders claimed that Abu Ein was murdered. Footage from the event shows Abu Ein in an altercation with an Israeli soldier who grabbed Abu Ein by the neck, and later shows Abu Ein on the ground clutching his chest in pain. The autopsy, which was overseen by Israeli and Palestinian pathologists, revealed that the cause of death was a heart attack, but disagreement remains over the extent to which the altercation with Israeli forces may have caused the heart attack. Palestinians have continued to describe Abu Ein's death as a "murder" and "assassination" by Israel.
