Bennett is “terror supporter” for defending Israeli officers who shot a terrorist in self-defence, says Israeli Arab MP

Israeli Arab Parliament Member Samy Abu Shahadeh: “First of all, we need to speak about the crime that happened today [Dec. 4, 2021] in East Jerusalem – an execution in cold blood (sic., refers to Israeli officers shooting terrorist Muhammad Shawkat Salima in self-defense after he stabbed and wounded 1 civilian). Not only does a criminal from the Israeli security forces execute a Palestinian in cold blood, but immediately after the execution and even before the alleged investigation that the State of Israel is managing, Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett gets up and supports this criminal,and following him are [Israeli] Minister of Public Security [Omar Bar Lev] and [Israeli] Minister of Foreign Affairs [Yair Lapid]. This government claims that the Palestinian leadership supports terror. What Naftali Bennett did is precisely terror support.”

Muhammad Shawkat Salima – 25-year-old Palestinian terrorist who stabbed and wounded 1 Israeli civilian near the Damascus Gate of the Old City of Jerusalem on Dec. 4, 2021, and then attempted to stab 2 Israeli border police officers who shot and killed him in self-defense. Security camera footage shows Salima repeatedly lunged at the officers even after being shot, causing them to continue firing out of fear he was trying to detonate a suicide bomb or use another weapon.
