Abbas phones murderous Palestinian terrorist who was released from prison after 19 years to "welcome his release" and praise him

“[PA] President Mahmoud Abbas spoke by phone yesterday evening, Monday [Dec. 20, 2021], with released prisoner Hussein Suleiman Al-Zre’i (i.e., Islamic Jihad terrorist) from the Gaza Strip and welcomed his release from the Israeli occupation prison.

During the conversation, the president emphasized that he is proud of the prisoners and their struggle and said: ‘We will continue together until redemption from the occupation and the establishment of our independent Palestinian state.’

Released prisoner Hussein Al-Zre’i from Deir Al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip was released after serving 19 years in prison.”

 

 

 

Hussein Suleiman Al-Zre'i – Palestinian terrorist and member of the Islamic Jihad terror organization who committed shooting and mortar attacks against Israeli towns in Gush Katif, inside the Gaza Strip. Al-Zre'i was arrested on Dec. 20, 2002, and sentenced to 19 years; he was released in December 2021.
