"The blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque belongs to the Muslims only" declares PA Mufti of Jerusalem

Headline: “45,000 civilians held Friday prayers at the Al-Aqsa Mosque”

“The [PA] Mufti of Jerusalem and preacher of the Al-Aqsa Mosque Sheikh Muhammad Hussein… expressed rejection of the occupation authorities’ interference in the affairs of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the removal of its guards and their being banned from working at the mosque, and he emphasized that the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque belongs to the Muslims only.”

Muhammad Hussein also serves as Deputy Secretary-General and acting Secretary-General of the PLO Popular National Conference of Jerusalem.
