Abbas tells Palestinian terrorist prisoners and murderers that they are "brave heroes who we direct a salute of honour and appreciation to"

We also salute our heroic wounded and tell our heroes the prisoners and the wounded and their families and the families of the Martyrs that we won’t abandon them, and that your struggles are lofty medals of honor that testify to your sacrifice for the sake of defending the homeland and your people.’”

Intilaqa - "the Launch" refers to the beginning of Fatah on Jan. 1, 1965, when it carried out its first terror attack against Israel, attempting to blow up Israel's National Water Carrier.
