Israel "says it will kill everything Palestinian that moves on the ground" claims Ramallah Governor

Official PA TV News, on the funeral of terrorist Muhammad Issa Abbas who shot at Israeli soldiers

Ramallah and El-Bireh District Governor Laila Ghannam: “Today [Dec. 23, 2021] in our [Ramallah and El-Bireh] district (refers to funeral of terrorist Muhammad Issa Abbas who shot at soldiers -Ed.), and yesterday in the Jenin district (refers to terrorist Hikmat Abd Al-Aziz who attempted to run over soldiers -Ed.), there is a decision to kill everything Palestinian and the world is silent and watches these events that the occupation is announcing with full insolence, and it says it will kill everything Palestinian that moves on the ground (sic., refers to new open-fire orders allowing soldiers to shoot at terrorists who have thrown rocks or firebombs even if they are no longer in the act of attacking). They claim – as they always use this unconvincing story – that there was an operation (i.e., terror attack). They assassinated Martyr [Abbas] when he was far from this stolen settlement [Psagot], which a day will come when its name will return to being Jabel Al-Tawil.”

Hikmat Abd Al-Aziz – 22-year-old Palestinian terrorist who attempted to run over Israeli soldiers at a military post near Ya’abad in the West Bank on Dec. 21, 2021. The soldiers opened fire in self-defense and Abd Al-Aziz crashed into a military jeep. One of the bullets hit the car’s fuel tank, and both vehicles caught fire. Abd Al-Aziz died during his attack.
