PA Supreme Presidential Council for Church Affairs Chairman with the rank of minister Ramzi Khouri: “[PA] President [Mahmoud Abbas] is making sure to speak about [Israeli harming Christians] before the world, and he stands alongside the churches to support the churches’ position in dealing with the ongoing settlement threat that threatens the Christian existence – whether at the Jaffa Gate [of Jerusalem’s Old City], in [its] Christian Quarter, or at [its] Omar ibn Al-Khattib Plaza, because it is threatening the route of pilgrimage to all the patriarchates and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.”
