“I cannot applaud the forces of oppression and darkness invading Syria in the guise of a Jihad to overthrow the tyrant. I cannot find even a single justification for supporting the new invaders, who bear the banner of sectarianism in order to destroy the society, after their American master managed to destroy the country.

Suddenly, the Sunni Arabs, who were as silent as the dead during the decades of struggle against the American-Israeli enemy, have taken action. They recruited their fighters in Libya, Tunisia, Egypt, Jordan, Palestine, Yemen, Algeria and Chechnya to participate in the Jihad in Syria…

Suddenly, the Sunnis have rebels who carry arms and cross borders to perform Jihad, but who stay away from Palestine’s borders as if they were electrical borders with a religious ban on them!

…There is no doubt that Hezbollah fighters are [fighting] with the Syrian army in battles taking place on Syrian territory. This too is sectarian participation that crosses borders – especially since Hezbollah could have started a war with Israel in South Lebanon, which would have embarrassed the Sunni movements taking part in Syria’s destruction - but the Shiite leaders in Lebanon do not want such a war.”
