PA refuses to call Arab who murdered a British girl a "terrorist"

Headline: “Prisoner Jamil Tamimi died in the occupation’s prison”

“The [PLO] Commission of Prisoners’ Affairs announced yesterday evening, Wednesday [Jan. 26, 2022], that [criminal] prisoner (the term for criminal prisoners is used throughout the article, instead of the term for terrorist prisoners that corresponds to “prisoners of war” -Ed.) Jamil Tamimi (i.e., mentally ill Arab who murdered a British exchange student), 63, from Jerusalem died under unclear circumstances. This is according to what was published by the occupation’s Israeli Prison Service.

The commission noted that the occupation’s Israeli Prison Service announced that ‘Tamimi was found lying on the floor of his cell in Nitzan Prison while unconscious and without a pulse.’ It clarified that the prisoner was imprisoned under civil circumstances and held the occupation fully responsible for his death.”

Jamil Tamimi - 57-year-old Palestinian terrorist who stabbed and murdered 20-year-old British exchange student Hannah Bladon on the Jerusalem light rail on April 14, 2017. Due to Tamimi's mental illness the murder was not classified as a terror attack, and he was sentenced to 18 years through a plea bargain. He was found dead in his prison cell on Jan. 26, 2022 at age 63. Israeli Police are investigating the cause of death.
