Fatah calls on Hamas to unite and “resist” Israel together

Headline: “In response to [Hamas Spokesman Abd Al-Latif] Al-Qanu’a’s statements: Fatah emphasized that Hamas is not serious about ending the [Fatah-Hamas] rift and demanded that it not prioritize its partisan interests”

“Fatah Movement Spokesman Hussein Hamayel said in a statement yesterday [Aug. 28, 2021] that… the bombings against the Gaza Strip have stopped, but the invasions of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque are continuing. [He said:] ‘We have heard many statements by leaders of the Hamas Movement that if the occupation will return to invading the Al-Aqsa Mosque it will take a stand.’ He continued: ‘Today we need to unite more in order to resist the occupation in the West Bank, including Jerusalem, and also in the Gaza Strip, as was agreed to by the Palestinian leadership and all the factions, because the aggression against our Palestinian people has not stopped and it is still strengthening everywhere.’”

The PA and its leaders misrepresent all of the Temple Mount as an integral part of the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Therefore, they vilify any presence of Jews on the mount as an "invasion." It should be noted that Jews who visit the Temple Mount only enter some sections of the open areas, and do not enter the Al-Aqsa Mosque or the Dome of the Rock. Israeli police ban Jewish prayer at the Temple Mount because of threats of violence by Palestinians.
