“According to the [Palestinian] Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS)… the number of [Palestinians] employees in the occupation state ‘Israel’ and the settlements in 2021 stood at approximately 145,000 laborers, including 21,000 who work in the settlements. The rate of workers in Israel and the settlements with work permits stood at 61%, while approximately 25% are without work permits and 14% have Israeli citizenship or a foreign passport."
