Official PA TV host: “Let us stand alongside a family that gave much on the path to our people’s freedom, Yassin Al-Bakri (i.e., terrorist, involved in the murder of 9 people), one of the prisoners of the Interior (i.e., Palestinian term for Israel) and one of the veterans of the prisoners’ movement, to whom we send warm regards.”

Ibrahim and Yassin Al-Bakri – Israeli Arab terrorists who assisted Hamas suicide bomber Jihad Hamda in murdering 9 and wounding 51 on bus no. 361 at the Meron Junction in northern Israel on Aug. 4, 2002. The two confessed to aiding Hamda and are each serving 9 life sentences and an additional 30 years.
