PA payment of salaries to terrorists with British funding

This report was presented on September 13, 2011 to British parliament. The report documents that the PA pays salaries to imprisoned terrorists from the general PA budget, which is funded by the British government. In addition, the report showed that the PA actively honors terrorists who are serving life sentences for murder.
