PA Minister supports terrorist prisoner by paying a visit to his family

“[Minister of Prisoners’ Affairs Issa] Karake and a delegation from the Ministry [of Prisoners’ Affairs] visited the family of sick prisoner Ibrahim Muhammad Ahmad Al-Halbiyeh (37), a resident of Abu Dis who was sentenced to life imprisonment. His serious health condition is due to a 12 cm.  cyst in his liver, and he is not receiving the  necessary treatment.”
