A Fatah song entitled “We Can Do It” is played in the background of the video.

Lyrics: “We can do it, yes, we can do it

Call on us and we will appear immediately with the call

Fatah is in our blood and is part of us, we are prepared to swear with our whole heart.

It is the one that bore a burden heavy as a mountain,

And it was like a thorn in the occupation’s throat,

It is the first on the path of struggle, and the entire world testifies to this,

We can do it…

Fatah is the present and the future,

It is the one that has endured and is holding on,

The first shot came from it, and it will not replace the principles,

Fatah is the revolution, it is light and fire,

The heritage of Yasser Arafat, it is the people, it is the choice…

It is the one that said ‘We will not sell’ and refused the normalization deal,

Its heart is wide and contains the people,

And the enemy’s armies are small compared to it,

Since 1956 it is sacrificing for Palestine Martyrs, wounded, and prisoners – no one has given like it.

Yasser Arafat – Founder of Fatah and former chairman of the PLO and PA. During the 1960s, 70s and 80s Arafat was behind numerous terror attacks against Israelis. Although he received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1994 together with then Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin and then Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs Shimon Peres “for their efforts to create peace in the Middle East" after signing the Oslo Accords peace agreement, Arafat launched a 5-year terror campaign - the second Intifada (2000-2005) – in which more than 1,000 Israelis were murdered. Arafat died of an illness in 2004.

Intilaqa - "the Launch" refers to the beginning of Fatah on Jan. 1, 1965, when it carried out its first terror attack against Israel, attempting to blow up Israel's National Water Carrier.
