“On [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas’ orders, Al-Quds Open University President Younes Amr gave a full scholarship yesterday, Wednesday [July 14, 2021], to released prisoner Al-Ghadanfar Abu Atwan (PMW was unable to determine the nature of his crimes -Ed.). This [happened] when a delegation from the university, led by its President Younes Amr, visited prisoner Abu Atwan at the Istishari Hospital in Ramallah to take an interest in his health.”
