“[Fatah] Revolutionary Council member and Official Fatah Spokesperson Osama Al-Qawasmi emphasized that the current situation cannot continue under any circumstances. In a statement yesterday [Oct. 21, 2021], Al-Qawasmi added that [Israel’s] criminal aggression that is taking place in occupied Jerusalem, including the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the ongoing raging colonialist settlement in all the Palestinian territories, requires us to make decisions and take steps that are appropriate for the scope of this aggression in order to block it, change the existing equation, and protect our people’s legal rights, regardless of the price.”
