Headline: “Prisoner Abbas Al-Sayid begins his 20th year in prison”
“Prisoner leader Abbas Al-Sayid (i.e., terrorist, responsible for the murder of 35 people), 56, from Tulkarem, began his 20th year in the occupation’s prison [where he has been] since he was arrested in 2002.
The [PA-funded] Prisoners’ Club reported in a statement that prisoner Al-Sayid underwent a difficult interrogation that continued five consecutive months, after which a few years later the occupation sentenced him to 35 life sentences and another 150 years. When he was arrested his daughter Mawaddah was 3, and his son Abdallah was 1 year and 7 months old…
He is considered one of the leaders of the prisoners’ movement, and one of the most active prisoners in the occupation’s prison.
It should be noted that prisoner Al-Sayid has a diploma in mechanical engineering. Afterwards, before his arrest, he specialized in mechanical engineering for artificial respiration. Today, while in prison, he is about to receive a master’s degree.”
