Chairman of the PA-funded Prisoners’ Club Qadura Fares: “The Palestinian national movement and the Palestinian national and Islamic factions – [the prisoners] fought after receiving instructions from them. They are their soldiers in the battle. The deliberate medical neglect (sic., see note below regarding the PA libel on medical abuse of Palestinian prisoners) is a policy in which all the occupation state’s institutions are involved: the politicians, the Israeli Parliament members, the so-called ‘legal system,’ the army, the security [services], and even the Israeli media are involved in this crime that has begun to surprise us in a more troubling manner.”
