Israel "is the cause of all the wars, problems, and complications in the region" says PA Presidential Spokesperson

Headline: “Abu Rudeina: We warn against the danger of Bennett’s orders to kill our people and to abuse them”

“Official [PA] Presidential Spokesperson Nabil Abu Rudeina warned against the danger of the orders that [Israeli Prime Minister Naftali] Bennett gave his army: To act without limitations and to kill and abuse without restraint in the West Bank. This is in addition to the extremist settlers’ threats to invade the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque this Friday [April 15, 2022] (i.e., Passover eve), which we strongly condemn and reject, especially during the [Muslim fasting] month of Ramadan, and in addition to the murder of Palestinian civilians on a daily basis. The latest case was the murder of two female civilians who were barbarically shot by the occupation forces (refers to terrorist Maha Za’atari who stabbed and wounded 1 person, and Ghada Sabateen who threateningly approached security forces and ignored their calls to stop; see notes below -Ed.), and the Israeli government’s decision to build the wall. All these things push towards an uncontrollable situation.

He added that the confrontation with the occupation has not yet ended, and that it will never end as long as the Palestinian people does not receive its legitimate rights – an independent state whose capital is East Jerusalem…

Abu Rudeina emphasized that the Palestinian people will not wait forever, and that the occupation is the cause of all the wars, problems, and complications in the region.

Note: What Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett actually said was: “As I said, there will be no restrictions on the security forces, on the IDF, the Shin Bet, and the Israel Police. We will continue to pursue the terrorists everywhere”

Nabil Abu Rudeina also serves as PA Minister of Information, Fatah Commissioner of Information, Culture, and Ideology, and Fatah Central Committee member.

The PA and its leaders misrepresent all of the Temple Mount as an integral part of the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Therefore, they vilify any presence of Jews on the mount as an "invasion." It should be noted that Jews who visit the Temple Mount only enter some sections of the open areas, and do not enter the Al-Aqsa Mosque or the Dome of the Rock. Israeli police ban Jewish prayer at the Temple Mount because of threats of violence by Palestinians.

Maha Za’atari – 24-year-old female Palestinian terrorist who stabbed and wounded an Israeli border police officer at the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron on April 10, 2022. Other officers shot and killed Za’atari, thereby ending her attack.

Ghada Sabateen – 40-year-old female Palestinian terrorist who threateningly approached Israeli security forces and ignored their calls to stop, causing the forces to open fire in the air and then eventually shoot and kill her in self-defense at Husan, west of Bethlehem, on April 10, 2022. Sabateen was found to be unarmed.
