Gaza journalist Khader Mahjaz: “The obvious situation today in Jerusalem is the ongoing Judaization of Jerusalem, the rightist tendency that grows stronger in the Israeli public every day, isn’t this all a clear sign for the Arab rulers and nations? Are they waiting for the Al-Aqsa Mosque to be destroyed? Alright, and if the Al-Aqsa Mosque is destroyed, will we wait until it’s destroyed and then see what they might do?”

Father Manuel Musallam: “At this point I would like to bring something to the Arabs’ attention: Jerusalem is not Zionism‘s final objective, but as [former Israeli Prime Minister] Golda Meir and others said, Mecca’s gates, and all the gates, all the gates of the Arab nations, all the holy sites found in the Arab homeland, as [Theodor] Herzl said, they are places of idol worship and Israel intends to destroy them because it thinks that in this way it will become closer to God.”

PA TV host: “Brother Manuel, in conclusion, do you think that we are close to this?”

Father Manuel Musallam: “Closer than the eyebrow is to the eye.”
