Israel "returns to its roots… of destruction and terror" states PA TV
Official PA TV News
Official PA TV newsreader: “Right-wing activist and extremist Israeli Parliament Member [Itamar] Ben Gvir established an armed militia to oppress the [Arab] residents of the Negev (i.e., in southern Israel) with Israeli police support (refers to civilian volunteer group aiding police to secure Negev cities that was established by an activist in Ben Gvir’s party, which the police abruptly stopped cooperation with -Ed.).”
Official PA TV reporter: “It is as if Israel has returned to the start of its establishment, no voice exceeds that of the armed gangs and militias.
It appears that the Zionist project is still stuck in an obsession of the ongoing series of previous crimes and others that it has committed. After the massacres by Hagana, Etzel, and Lechi (i.e., Jewish defense forces in the pre-state period) in the period of the Nakba (i.e., “the catastrophe,” the Palestinian term for the establishment of the State of Israel), the new fascist mentality created the destructive ‘Price Tag’ gangs that are active in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem, on to additional branches of the so-called ‘Hilltop Youth’ groups that leave a dark fingerprint on the mountains and plains of the West Bank, and other terror groups that have spread fear in the streets and among the Palestinian homes…
The latest thing that the Israeli fascist mentality gave birth to is the establishment of the so-called ‘Barel Commando Unit’ military militia, and it is named after soldier [Barel Shmueli] who was killed on the Gaza border (i.e., Shmueli was shot and killed by a Palestinian terrorist during border riots on Aug. 21, 2021), and it includes hundreds of Israelis and is an armed civilian militia that was established by the fascist Otzma Yehudit party led by racist extremist Israeli Parliament Member Itamar Ben Gvir.
This is a militia that enjoys full support from the Israeli police and the Be’er Sheva Municipality, and enjoys the blessing of the Israeli security institution, and according to the claim of its founders its goal is to save the Negev from what they call the problem of the lack of personal security… Thus Tel Aviv returns to its roots and what it excelled at in the past, such as moving under cover of darkness and adopting means of destruction and terror through unofficial arms to benefit a racist regime that sponsors and cultivates irregularities on the path to completing its racist and expansionist goals."
