“Salfit District Governor Abdallah Kmeil closed a cement company beginning from yesterday [Jan. 27, 2021] in one of the towns in the western part of the district, because it provided services to the settlement of Barkan in exchange for money.Kmeil warned not to have any kind of connections with the settlements. He emphasized that they will not go easy on anyone whose involvement in this matter is proven, and the maximal punishments will be imposed on them. He explained that the decision was made because the cement company did not act according to the laws and decisions banning the provision of services or goods to the settlements…
