Israel targets Palestinian babies and buying Israeli products finances these killings, implies Fatah

The picture is apparently from the 2014 Gaza War initiated by Hamas rocket barrages. The Star of David has breaks in it like a barcode, and below it is a barcode indicating Israeli products.
