As Israel works to neutralize terrorists, PA tells the UN that Israel is actually "murdering Palestinian civilians"

Headline: “Mansour: Israel is continuing its attacks against our people in the shadow of the absence of international protection [for the Palestinians] and a demand for accountability [from Israel]”

“Permanent Representative of the State of Palestine at the UN Riyad Mansour sent three identical letters yesterday, Tuesday [April 12, 2022], to UN Secretary-General [António Guterres, UN] Security Council president for the current month (Britain) [parentheses in source], and UN General Assembly Chairman [Abdulla Shahid] regarding the dangerous undermining of the stability in occupied Palestine as a result of Israel, the occupying power, continuing its attacks against the Palestinian people…

Mansour noted that in just 24 hours four civilians were shot by the Israeli occupation forces and died as Martyrs, including women and children, in addition to dozens of arrests. He noted that Muhammad Qassem (Qassem, also identified as Zakarneh, was accidentally shot and killed in a shootout during the attempted arrest of the brother and accomplice of terrorist Ra’ad Hazem, who murdered 3 -Ed.), a 16-year-old youth, died as a Martyr in Jenin, and he warned that the situation in Jenin especially has become more and more dangerous.

Mansour also noted that Ghada Sabateen (i.e., threateningly approached soldiers and refused orders to stop), a widow and mother of six children, died as a Martyr after the Israeli occupation forces shot her from close range and left her to bleed to death… The same day, Maha Za’atari (i.e., terrorist, stabbed and wounded 1), 24, died as a Martyr next to a military checkpoint in Hebron, and Muhammad Ghneim (i.e., terrorist, threw a Molotov cocktail at a car), 19, died as a Martyr in the town of Al-Khdeir next to Bethlehem.

Mansour noted the increase in the cases of murdering civilians since Israeli Prime Minister [Naftali Bennett] announced that the occupation army was given full freedom without limitations, which effectively gives a green light for the deliberate and excessive use of lethal force against defenseless civilians.”

Ra'ad Hazem - 28-year-old Palestinian terrorist and PA Security Forces member who shot and murdered 3 Israeli civilians - 27-year-olds Tomer Morad and Eytam Magini and 35-year-old Barak Lufan - and wounded 14 others when he opened fire on a crowded bar on Dizengoff Street in central Tel Aviv on April 7, 2022. Hazem escaped the scene of the attack and was found hiding near a mosque in Jaffa by Israeli security forces several hours later. He opened fire on them and was killed in the ensuing shootout.

Ghada Sabateen – 40-year-old female Palestinian terrorist who threateningly approached Israeli security forces and ignored their calls to stop, causing the forces to open fire in the air and then eventually shoot and kill her in self-defense at Husan, west of Bethlehem, on April 10, 2022. Sabateen was found to be unarmed.

Maha Za’atari – 24-year-old female Palestinian terrorist who stabbed and wounded an Israeli border police officer at the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron on April 10, 2022. Other officers shot and killed Za’atari, thereby ending her attack.
