Israeli soldiers "participated" in the 1994 Cave of the Patriarchs massacre, lies PA

Cave of the Patriarchs massacre - Baruch Goldstein, a member of an Israeli far-right movement, opened fire on Muslims praying inside the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron, known to Muslims as the "Ibrahimi Mosque," murdering 29 and wounding 125 on Feb. 25, 1994. Following the attack, which was widely condemned by Israeli leaders and Jewish communities abroad, the Israeli government took concrete steps to prevent similar attacks from occurring by dividing the area of worship into Muslim and Jewish sections and designating several extremist movements, including Goldstein’s, as illegal terrorist groups.

Official PA TV narrator: “A state of piety and calm prevailed on the morning of Feb. 25, 1994, which was in the middle of the blessed [Muslim fasting] month of Ramadan. Amid this state, an ambush was carried out by a hate-filled settler named Baruch Goldstein (see note below -Ed.), who stood behind one of the pillars of the Ibrahimi Mosque (i.e., Cave of the Patriarchs), waited for the worshippers to bow on their knees, and began to release the fire of his hatred from his automatic sub-machine gun, and the fire flowed over the bodies of the worshippers. Other people helped him (sic., Goldstein acted alone) and loaded expanding bullets that are forbidden worldwide, and the bullets penetrated the soft bodies [of the worshippers]… Eyewitnesses gave shocking testimonies about the participation of the occupation soldiers in the massacre (sic.), which proves the fact that the criminal was not alone in planning and executing.
