“[PA] President Mahmoud Abbas congratulated Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for the 47^th anniversary of the victories of the glorious October War (i.e., the 1973 Yom Kippur War).

The president said in the congratulatory telegram: ‘On behalf of the State of Palestine and its people, and on my behalf, I convey to you and through you to the Egyptian government and people the best blessings of comradery for the 47^th anniversary of the victories of the glorious October War.
