Lebanese Sheikh Muhammad Abu Househ: “It is not enough that we pray and read the Al-Fatiha Sura in the Quran. We are used to saying in colloquial language that reading the Al-Fatiha Sura doesn’t achieve anything. This situation requires [what is said in the Quran]: ‘And prepare against them whatever you are able of power’ [Quran 8:60, Sahih International translation], just as our people in the Gaza Strip are prepared and have rockets, and this one is prepared and has a stone [to throw], and that one is prepared and has a word to say.”
