The Torah and New Testament are "falsified" and only the Quran is true, claims PA Supreme Shari’ah Judge

PA Supreme Shari’ah Judge and official PA TV host Mahmoud Al-Habbash: “The written Torah that is found today in the hands of the people, the Torah that was revealed to Moses, was written nearly 700 or 600 years after Moses (sic., there is no evidence proving this claim). Over these 600 years certainly generations came and went one after the other… that forgot, at the least they forgot. Some of them willfully intended, willfully intended to write things that Allah did not permit and that were not revealed in the true Torah to Moses, and that Moses or Aaron did not do or say, Allah bless them and may He bless our lord Muhammad and give him peace. The same thing is true of our lord Jesus.
Of course, regarding the noble Quran things are different – why? Because the Quran was written word for word when it was revealed at the time of the Prophet, and therefore as the generations replace each other the Quran [remains] as it was because it was written in the period of the Prophet, as it was revealed before him. Therefore, there is no probability, even any probability, that it was distorted, this is something that the historical facts prove and the reality that we live in proves – that the Quran that is in our hands is the same Quran that was revealed to Muhammad, and this is in contrast to the previous books that were changed in some way, due to the length and expanse of time between the revelation to the Prophet until the writing of the book. The books were written then hundreds of years after the Prophet.
Therefore, we see today for example that there are four books of the New Testament (sic., there are four canonical gospels but 27 books in total), and regarding the Torah there is the Samaritan Torah and the Jewish Torah (sic., the Samaritan Torah is considered a later derivation of the Torah that introduced numerous changes to it)… What interests us here is the statement of Prophet [Muhammad in a Hadith]: ‘Then, there came after them successors who claimed what they did not practice and practiced what they were not commanded to do.’
In other words, they deviated, that is what it means, they deviated from the upright path of the Prophet who was sent to them, and from the first generations who followed the Prophet.”
