“[PA] Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh, together with Acting UN Humanitarian Coordinator Lucia Elmi, launched the 2021 Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP), whose goal is to aid 1.8 million people from among the vulnerable  groups in Palestine at a total cost of $417 million.”
